Looking at a proud new owner of a piece of junk 1997 buick park avenue ultra! 3800 sc motor. 219xxx on her. Paint looks like hell. Clear coat peeling in spots. Needs lim gaskets and valve cover gaskets horribly. I bought it from my dad. Was my brothers first car. For 400 bucks. So this is my new daily. And the Grand Prix is going to be getting built up now since I don't need reliability from it
Sweeeeetttt

Yup needs a few things. Needs back brakes bad. Gaskets. Tie rods and ball joints. And need to replace the door handle for the driver door on the outside. Have to climb in through the passanger side. But hey it's not a bad for a daily
I'll give you $500
Haha nahhhhh. I want to build the Grand Prix haha. And the girlfriend was *****ing at me for not having a four door car since she has a son. So I kept having to steal her car. So finally got a family car
Let me know when you want to tune the ultra. I'll be in Bluffton tonight
I have to replace a pulley before putting the stupid charger belt back on. Then I will have you tune it! Then time for lim gaskets and vc gaskets. Maybe even a down pipe or headers are in store for the buick
Grand Prix is up and runningb again. Runs good! Just one time it randomly shut off while driving. But turned right back on when I put it in neutral and turned the key
Crank sensor maybe
Did it sputter or rpms go low then die? Or was it literally like you turned the key off?
Odd. Crank sensors do that, but usually when warmed up. Could always run it and tap on the crank sensor and see if anything happens.
Check the grounds maybe.
