I really did buy it from a little old lady.. she had the skirt on and I just havent taken it off yet. What you see on the dash is a dash cover thats velcrod there... its perfect underneath. I am just having a hard time taking it off and exposing it to the sun! ha ha

Car looks great, I don't think there is anything that protects the dash from the sun. Wish there was something out there

Thanks All.... it is very clean and so fun to drive! I have been trying to decide if I really want to debadge it or not as well I took the nose skirt off and the paint under neath is slightly diff in color and has some scratching from the skirt flapping in the wind I have to guess! The interior is near perfect. After being here just a short time though I am having supercharger envy! ha ha

My red car had the skirt on also when I got it, just some waxing and buffing will clean up your hood. I never de badged either one of my cars because I think why hide what the car is. It is like some people are trying to hide that it is a Pontiac Grand Prix. The Super Charger is nice but what is the purpose unless you are going to try to burn gas and the GT is a fast car in itself. Also if you plan on keeping the car for a while, why floor it? All it does on the long run is hurt the engine. I just drive mine like any car you would have and not a race car. If you want some ideas to make it look good, check at other members ride. All I did with mine is dress the car up a little on the outside and maybe upgrade the stereo to a Bluetooth with an external microphone and make sure it streams music. http://www.grandprixforums.net/2000-...ml#post1073532

Trust me you want to debadge it and take off the pinstripe, with a car that clean itll look even cleaner.

I have to agree with you about the pin stripes, they look tacky

Also you should look into inlays and clear or black corners. They're cheap and make your car subtly unique.
