ive taken off alot of stuff lol, gutted the trunk no insulation anyware, the only thing that runs off the belt is the alternator, my plan was to make it look as stock as possible at the track full interior and all but still be pretty light so i dont kill a trans every time i race it

ive only ran the car at the track once at the end of november last year, it ran a dissapointing 11.9 mainly due to the brakes not holding the car well enough to spool the turbo up, i couldnt get it on the converter and it would just start rolling, it was killing my times, ive since added a vacuum pump and now i can brake boost to whatever i want it stalls up to 4k pretty easy and ive added another 100-150whp since then so im hoping for some high to mid 10's out of it this year

A vac pump is sadly not going to help you... The absolute most vac you will get is when you free rev in neutral and snap the throttle closed, at that time you should be hammering the brakes. Unless you have a completely bad ass vac pump its not going to pull 24 inches like the motor will.

The real trick is getting a prop valve that basically turns off the rear breaks. At that point.. Have fun when you try stopping at the end of the track.

the vac pump is awesome it pulls 28 inches of vacuum, i can stand on the brakes with the car at a stop and spool it up to full boost with out rolling i actually think i made a video of it last year
