Hi all, I just wanted to share some pictures of my car since I haven't yet. Bought the car bone stock with the exception of the grills, which I'm keeping. I have new KYB struts going on the car soon, it's possible that I'll lower it also...

Since this is my daily driver, it's not really going to see any performance mods. Here's what's done:

    Maintenance (always comes first)
    Debadged trunk
    Dual exhaust tips
    Tinted tail lights
    Rear letter inlays
    17" Bullitt wheels
    20% tint
    Retrofit projectors with HIDs
    DRL delete
    Painted calipers
    SHINY Grills
    Aftermarket radio, 12" pioneer sub
Also have a 3" catless DP and cone filter, but that's it for mods

Hopefully not without some other things to make it a safe pulley drop. Nice car...

Tires are 245s, they're definitely different...I'd probably have to roll my quarters if I lowered it.

No mods really, just have a 3" catless downpipe and cone filter. It's a DD.

I replaced the plugs (all maintenance was done first). Custom tune is going to be soon. Not going to drop pulley sizes because I want my trans to last.

I know these transmissions get a well deserved bad rep, but on a well taken care of DD with maybe a seasonal track session, these transmissions should last until you're posting 13 sec 1/4 miles....knock on wood....and a 3.6 won't come anywhere near it's limitations....but hey I personally have the mod bug, sorry if it comes off a bit too contagious.....

I have no reason to track my DD since I have a toy for those sort of shenanigans. I just don't want to bother with a pulley drop, for me there's no reason for it.

I always think: money saved from the GP is money that can go into the toy.

What are the tire sizes? I'm on 245 45 17s and yours are a lot more meaty than mine

Such a beautiful ride, really like the retros and the rims, a nice little drop would set the whole thing off.

Mine are the same size. Maybe the offset is different. I've noticed the speedo is off a little, the tires really should be 245 50 17 to match factory.

Thanks! Just painted them yesterday. I really like how they turned out. They were black before- I didn't like it.

Yeah, lowering might happen, depending on what I'm quoted to get my old struts disassembled. I need to use the old springs, and I don't have an impact.

Remember that clunking when you test drove it? It was a tie rod.

Well that was after the work you put into it, but definitely looks a lot better now. My brother is happy with the car he got and I'm sure we will run into each other out at Woodward because I will be out there with Brandon. You going to retro a set for Adam now? Lol or even my brother?

I do have a second set of retros, the projectors are crooked in the housings and are sealed up, but they still give good output. Someone wants them but if he backs out and your brother wants a cheap set, let me know.

I'll be out on woodward every friday night when the weather gets warmer. Around Auto Europe and Potbelly's.
