    Plog replaces the front manifold

Add a downpipe for more airflow

A 180 Tstat isn't benefiting you right now until you have the PCM tuned for it.

I understand your new and all but the information I'm providing you is right in the thread I linked you to.

You can do the HV3 or rockers by itself or together its up to you both will add performance. I don't know how mechanical incline your are so I don't necessarily recommend the rockers right now until you learn a bit more about this engine and are ready to take it on. Same thing goes for turbo and a topswap.

Hands on is a good approach but also its best to know what exactly your going to be experiencing and how exactly its benefiting the motor then execute.

The last thing you want is to start taking things part from a perfectly fine running car and then something doesn't go as planned and you don't have the right tools and then your stuck waiting on someone to hopefully point you in the right direction on the forums or giving your left but paying the local mechanic or dealership.

I've learned to mod this car by researching, researching and researching then more research and finally I was so confident I can pull whatever mod off I executed.

I learned by breaking lots of sh1t.

    A lot.

And I have a short fuse, so, I broke more things.

But, it always seemed to work after I learned what worked and what didn't.

hv3 by itself doesnt really do anything, cause i have it and a intake and i didnt feel much difference, and as for 30 HP thats a negative, maybe adds 10 or so, buut hv3 works really well with what i said above, i just wish i waited and got the hv3/plog OR headers/tune all in one
