Literally. Give me at most a month to get my fenders rolled and to install some camber bolts. Hehehehaehahoehoaheoaheehhehe.
You don't really need those camber bolts and I hear bad things about them anyway. They have that lobe and I've heard about it twisting if you take a corner too hard or sometimes they can break. Just slot the top mounting hole, it works fine for me. Good looking car by the way

I probably should have updated that I've been back on the torque stars. New wheels will have to wait since I'm getting fresh tires tomorrow and I don't have enough money to shell out for new rims just yet. Plans are now to finish getting the front lowered some more to even the gaps out, f-body brakes, front air dam and a stiffer rsb and I should be all set.

I also wanted to ask what sounds better, saving up every penny I can during the next school year for a turbo or a 5-speed swap project next summer?

    Niether.

Get a different car if you want either of those.

In the end its still going to just a GP or a super long headache and you'll demod and sell it.

Well what's the point in that? Why give up and give in to buying another car that has it already? Bakerdd for example payed much more to slam his GP than it would cost him to slam numerous other cars that have a bigger market. When I go to car shows and I see all the same old sh- done over and over again it gets real boring. If I saw bakerdd's car at any of those shows I'd be all over it because I've never seen anything like it. I'm all about doing these things to this car because I love the fact there's nothing else like it on the road around me.

My favorite car from the last show I went to was a Honda Integra DC2 with a full S2000 engine/drivetrain conversion. As soon I saw it my jaw dropped and I laid down on the floor looking up at all the custom work underneath, it was immaculate.

Cool, and thanks. I'm planning on doing a 5-speed swap at some point that I'll probably need all the help I can get.

    Here's a little update.

The original plan was when the tires died down it'd be time for some nice new wheels, but since my tires picked up some nails along the way I had to bite the bullet to get new tires for the torque stars. So I took the car over to my work (America's Tire) and my boss gave me a good deal on some new Yokahama Advan S4's. While we were working on it I slapped one of my old good tires on one of my Trans Am wheels that are sitting out in my backyard. I like the way the 225 rubber fits on the 16x8 wheel...

The week after that I had my first great day at the JY. I found an GP SE that had a nasty engine fire but right before the incident got itself a full brake job. I pulled the rear rotors and ceramic pads from it for pretty cheap. (Didn't pull the fronts because 12in upgrade on the way fairly soon) On top of that, I found a GTP that had some aftermarket racing pedals that I scored for 7 bucks. Last but not least I pulled the dash cover from the GTP (black) so it could match the cupholder I got a while back to replace my old broken one.

The pedal inlays were a dumb blue that doesn't match anything. Had the blaccckkk em out!

I never thought of buying racing pedals before because they're generally ricey most of the time IMO (depends on the car really). But so far I actually really like them hahahahah.
Lastly, I got my hands on a plate filler FINALLY. It's getting painted atm.

Yes, if you buy cheap ones. No, if you get badazz made in USA custom ones. Lol, well these are actually adapters, not just spacers. I went from 5x115 to a 5x120mm bolt pattern so I could fit these wheels on my car safely. When buying spacers/adapters that are good quality the only thing you really have to worry about is how far your setup sticks out if you're lowered.

Pretty cool man, I always see a bunch of awesome 5x120 wheels on craigslist. And i've said it before man but I'm always blown away by how clean your car is. If only I could have paint that nice

Wow that thing is clean. My wife drives a white GP. I wax it twice a year and the paint still doesn't look as clean as yours. I don't think we will ever buy a white car again.

Big sudsy wash this morning, finished it off with a thick coat of wax. Moar pics!

First thing first, I picked up clear corners to get rid of the egg yolk look, cheap ebay bulbs did the trick.

And here's the one wheel that needs special attention due the peeling clear-coat. I gotta sand down the rest of it and find a paint match to the rest of the wheels.

Now here's the rest of the pics I took for your viewing pleasure. I'm almost done with the car at this point, last things on my list are front coilovers, 12in brakes with teal painted calipers, front plog and maybe a stiffer rear sway bar down the road.
