Okay so ill guess ill make one of these thread dealies. My first car ever was a red 97 gtp that I had cam'd and headers and I totalled it in early 2008 and later that year I picked up this car. I've been into modding grand prixs since 2005 when ZZP was just a tiny store with no garage off division ave. When I got this car it had 84k miles on it and had only one previous owner, hardly a scratch to be found, and never winter driven. Had the following mods:
    -SSIC
    -Full Borla Exhaust
    -3.2 Pulley
    -Strut Tower Brace
    -Thrasher CAI
    -Mini-AFC
    -DHP PCM
    -Plugs/Wires
    -Aeroforce and other misc guages
    -Alt Rewire

And believe it or not it got 0 KR with that build and was a lot faster than it should have been.
This isn't a pic of when I bought it but its pretty much what it looked like at the time. Yeah he had the worst rims imaginable on it.

Since then it has had some pretty bad luck. Its gone through 8 different 18" Rims, its been in an accident where it hit a wall entering the freeway and then skid across on 3 wheels (I wasnt driving some guy swerved off the side into us though). Its also been in an accident where a tire blew out on me while taking a corner and I went straight over a curb and hit a stop sign. Its also been hit by a guy on a bike. No not a motorcycle a frickin bicycle. Was sitting at a stop light and he just plowed into me (was on drugs). It's also been a victim of many scratches. Very rarely has any damage to this car been directly caused by me -_-

The accidents have probably cost me a total of somewhere around 7-9 grand overtime. But I fix it everytime because I believe in keeping a car to the bitter end rather than throwing her away. If my 97 hadnt been literally F'd beyond any possibly repair I probably would have fixed that too.

Besides accidents I've had to fix just about every little and big problem that goes wrong on grand prixs in this car. From window motors to the supercharger to the wheel bearings etc.

Now this is what her performance sheet looks like now:
    -9" K&N hot air intake
    -ZZP High Flow Fuel Filter
    -TOG xtreme ceramic coated headers
    -XP cam
    -42.5# injectors
    -105# crow springs
    -LS7 Lifters
    -Northstar Throttle Body
-Exhaust: Borla Catback without the cat and the resonator replaced by a 12" cherry bomb glasspack
    -3.1" supercharger pulley
    -GenV M90 Supercharger
-Transmission fully built (except for 1" chain)
-SS intercooler with ZZP Stage 2 heat exchanger
    -6.95 Pushrods
    -Crappy 3000 Stall Torque Converter
-ZZP Plug Wires + Autolite 103 plugs
    -ZZP Poly Motor Mounts
    -Strut Tower Brace
    -Dyno Tuned at ZZP
    -Riker Raptor 245 tires
-Ceramic Brakes +ZZP Slotted/drilled rotors in front/powerslot rotors in back
    -Valve Cover Breather
    -Viper Alarm System
-AeroForce + Oil Temp + Tranny Temp Guages in A Pillar
    -Carbon Fiber SD Hood
    -Carbon Fiber Altezza Taillights
-Black Projector Headlights (old ****ty need replaced)
-Supercharger/valve covers painted and other misc internals painted
-Fully Proffessionally repainted in late 2011 (although since its a magnet for scratches and... bicycles it isnt perfect :C)
    -18" Voxx MG3 Rims
    -8000k HIDs

Probably missing a few things. Last time I dyno'd it, it was 286WHP. This result is a lot lower than it actually is. This is because I currently have a crappy 3000 stall torque converter. For example, Zach Brunsink had the same torque converter as me, dyno'd similar, replaced it with a stock GT converter, picked up 45WHP on the dyno.

Things to Come over the winter/next spring (Never will and never has been driven in the winter)...
    -Coilover package with KYB AGXs
    -New Brake pads
    -GT Torque Converter
-Repaint/Fix front right fender and bumper. (Fender has minor bicycle damage still and the bumper just has some scratches).
-New Spyder Type Projector headlights (mine currently are old gen1s with the dimmer halos and are very broken)

Heres some pictures of what it looks like now:

Oh and it has about 117-118k miles on it now. Its always had Mobil 1 10w30 every 3k miles so its still pretty fresh engine wise and I have no rust issues at all. Also im considering trying plasti-dipping my rims to see what they'd look like black (since its easily reversable).

Damn that's clean and that's definitely the best color that came on a GP.

Thanks! I disagree though I think the 98 Pace Car blue was my favourite colour. I hope to own one of those some day.

Also the only reason I have red wires is because ZZP stopped making them in blue :C
