    Great looking car. Love the hood. Love the color. Dislike the tails alot. The tips are on backwards. Just my 2cents. Great ride none the less

    They are lol? Cant tell. They were on when I bought it.

    Also I dislike retros, and really prefer the Spyder Projector's appearance. Just my opinion. I also like my taillights and think most of the LED ones are pretty ugly.

    You like less light output? lol...

    And yes, if you follow the contour of the bumper where the side that is more extended should go towards the OUTside of the bumper, not the inside.

    No I dont like less light output, but I like the style of them better. If I get new ones light output will be good enough for me. Funny thing about the tips, I dunno why I never noticed it. Although its not like super obvious either. Maybe he did it so you could read the borla thing on the top? I dunno.

    As far as tint goes, I'm done with being pulled over for that on the front windows. I don't live in the outback like you Josh lol. The tails I might consider tinting just because the huge white/silver part does slightly annoy me. I rarely see anyone with tinted tails that arent either way too dark/dangerous or just uneven though.

    Just tint your tails really dark and get led bulbs...

    sweet ride bro, take it from me dont get the spyders, u can see more shining a flashlight outside ur window then u do with these headlights lol, but 04-08 spyders are bit worse then 97-03 tho

    well I already have spyders they're just really old and the first version of em. AKA theyre held in with zip-ties (mounts broken), not very clear, they bounce, they're extremely uneven, and the halos are very dim. The new version has better halos and the second time around ill use weather stripping and stuff to make sure they're in there even and solid.

    ccfl halos. theyre suppose to be higher quality and they are waaaay brighter than led's.

    It's the light pattern and the beam cutoff that sucks.

    If you want "halo-rice-crap" anything, retrofitting is the way to go...OR, factory capsules with HID's.

    Take it from someone who has been there before. I had a 55W kit in my projectors and I still couldn't see a thing.

    Ya thats the ones I plan on snagging. Blueguy I know the light output is going to be a lot better with retro-fitting but I dont like the way they look compared to spyders. Just my opinion. I mean I bought 9000k HIDs too so its not like I've ever been going for max output.

    As long as I can get the new ones in there good and stable and the beams are even im happy. It'll still probably be better than stock ones with halogens.

    I must admit, im with max on this arguement. Im not a fan of the looks of a retrofit on 97-03 GPs. 04+ is another story.

    The looks of a few ccfl projectors actually pretty decent on these cars. I have a buddy with the same projectors as max, and the light output isnt awful, i can see perfectly fine while driving his car.

    Is retrofit the smarter way to go? sure. But its all based on opinions.

    I have drove Max's car a few times... I am not sure if it is his projectors or the 2123734981797147K HIDs he has.... But his light output is NOT great.. JUST this side of stock....

    I dont have the $$ to afford retros anyways. Not when your car has cost you $1400 in the past week and is currently sitting in the shop once again.

    Stockers + Hids are just fine for me.

    I have exactly what you told max to do. Stock capsules w/ Hids.

    the light output would be fine if it was aimed properly and the lenses werent super foggy/old/brokenish. Its currently worse than stock. But yeah id much rather have a good looking car that has around stock to slightly better light output rather than a look im not happy with but gets much better than stock output. Its not like im planning on going with a no-headlights mod lol. Everyone has diff opinions on styling.

    I live in the city and mainly use the car for a fun summer car and city driving. I rarely even need headlights.
