Told you how to do it. 3"ID x 2.50 OD. Two clamps. Done.
i guess i will just have to wait and see when i get them im trying to figure out where to make my cut but that will be found out when i get them

what do you guys think about roof rails on a park avenue? would they even be long enough
You could always extend them like the guys that put them on 04+ do but roof rails on a PA just doesn't seem like it would look good to me. Have someone photoshop then for you.
