Prolly not posting this in the right place but.... I dunno I am new the the whole forum thing

these are my rims and the more I look at the. The more I hate them lol.... Anyone in Texas got some rims for sale, FWI I poor lol so decent tires on them would be prefered or at least some 16s so I can just switch out the tires. I want black, with red accents would be way to awesome but all black is fine as well, let me know hit me up etc...

Also I upgraded my tool box lol what do you think?
I used automotive adeheasive to make sure it's not going anywhere for a while, since I debadged the car I wasn't sure what to with the emblems so I figured to add 15-25 horsepower to my toolbox 8)

Should have removed the sticker prior to adding the emblem. Looks kinda sloppy with the "safety precaution" sticker under the GTP emblem.

Question now I have a terrible leak after changing the coupler, a gasket or seal was broken and now I get to replace it hurray..... What part is it though I called autozone and she told me something crazy as usual

its hard to see but that's where it is leaking alternator on one side, supercharger cone on the other... It's leaking right below the only bolt that goes down off the cone, please any insight would be appciated

same thing happened to me. i rtv'ed the sh1t out of the bolt and put it back in, its been dry since.

others will say theres no reason for that bolt to leak, but mine did.

the gasket under mine broke off. so when it leaked, i did what i thought would work and it did. cant hurt to try.

mine only leaked when the car was running to, not as it sat off.

Well bought her some new shoes today, the car not the girl lol

great except a small amount of road rash I will sand them and paint them later, one thing I did not think of was I had the stocks at 235/60/r16 and while these are 17s they have low pro tires on them....
toooooo much of a gap for me. crap so instead of needing two new tire now I need four... Only thing making me mad is these came with 7 tires 5 of which look almost new... Pulled the supercharger cone back off and low n behold the gaskey or seal is torn to hell and back FML. So my garage is showing a very familiar scene
so does anyone know about changing out the gasket between the super charger?
side not lots of tires now

Went and bought the gasket to replace the one that's tore up. I see the bolts to remove the supercharger but, what about all this other stuff? Do I need to tear apart the engine almost completely to get to it? There is the fuel rails to contend with and a million electrical connections. I might be in over my head a little bit here. Has anyone done this before? If so can you lend some advice?

you need to un clip the injectors wires, take the 4 bolts out that hold the rail down off. ( pull the injectors with the rail, good time for new O rings) and then lift them up, remove any vac hose, TB linkage, un bolt it and its off.

Video link in the post, it goes over how to tear it apart and what to do to get the supercharger off to change the LIM gaskets. Just stop at the LIM.

Can you explain? Or have a picture?

When I cleaned mine up the o-ring was gunked a little, some gas and a rag cleaned them up nicely. New o-ring and back in and perfect. If you break some of the retainer rings at the bottom don't worry, 90% of injectors don't have them anyways. Just seat the new o-rings in place and put a little lube on them (petro jelly type something helps them slide back into the injector hole in the LIM) and install.
