This is my 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, it has 142000kms on it. Its my first car and got it on December 9. As of right now its bone stock but im probaly going to put on a CAI, new exhaust tips, grills, and just little things to make the car mine. Tell me what you think.

lol its not as bad as it looks. I mean at night on a really really dark night with tons of cloud cover and no moon light and rain you still see the headlights coming at you lol. Really thoe its not as dark as it looks even thoe it is pretty dark lol its better looking out then in lets put it that way.

Personally I dont even notice the tint after a while. As for the car it is clean with one imperfection: the gas cap door is half rusted which I couldnt tell from any of the pictures however its just isolated to that little door and its not all the way through. So im guessing maybe it got a stone chip there some how and thats a bad spot on a gp anyways so one thing leads to another and you got rust. Once spring comes along I will probley go at it with sand paper and some dupli-colour and redo that gas door.

So with warmer weather coming around and more hours at work its time to mod. I was thinking I would start with the zzp fenderwell intake kit, overkill tune, 6000k hids, new front grills, tint tails, and get a bass probaley a 10". Oh and a set of quad exhaust tips. What do you guys think would be best to start with and please feel free to add any suggestions.

Redfire is my fave colour for 97-03.

    Nice score IMO.

Thank you. It was a colour I actually never even gave any thought of until I saw my car with tint and thought it looked pretty good. I was always focused on a silver one like yours.

I have about the only gp in town with this colour and tint combo. If you see a gp like this 9/10 its me.

Little bit of an update. Bought the Wizzair CAI kit from ZZP and the engine looks so much cleaner now with the hood popped open. I like it alot. Flipped the dog bones. Right now looking into getting new mufflers with tips and getting rid of the u-bend and maybe the resonator all at once. Then its time for brakes.

Think I've seen you a couple times around town, car looks good with the tint. Some advise, don't cut the rez. out. Mine was rusted through so I cut it out when I was installing my dp. Big mistake haha.

Im pretty sure I saw you today actually. I have been debating on whether to keep the res or take it out. My friend who had a 97 gtp about 2 years ago took his res off and it didnt sound so bad (stock mufflers) but it was louder. I am leaning towards keeping it on. I like the exhaust to be somewhat quite. Im getting new mufflers hopefully put in sometime this week as mine right now have a few holes in them so you can imagine what the drone is like. Plus its loud and very annoying. When that happens im going to get the u-bend taken care of. Cant wait. New tips going on too so you will know when you see me lol.

These motors don't sound very good uncanned. Overall the car looks good!

What kind of mufflers are you getting?
