Sorry it took so long to responded needed time to tally everything up.

Well like bill said. I bought it Feb. 15th from a dealer in Connecticut. Drove it home 80 miles all was good . The next afternoon I crashed it, Long story short I tried to avoid someone who ran a stop sign and hit a lamp post.
With the support of family, friends, co-workers and bosses. They all said I should rebuild it. Pictures bellow

    Damage

    Dismantling

    More Damage

Donor nose I got from a junkyard included hood, fender, lights, radiator and nose structure.
Not pictured is the sub-frame and new GM bumper.

Bodywork with the new nose grafted on

They mounted the new sub-frame afterwards you can see how far off the damage was.

    Rolled outside

    Painted ready for final assembly

    +

    Fresh bumper

    All finished and happy

Total Bill and cost of parts

    Donor Nose $550.00
    Sub-frame $150.00
    Hood cable $33.13
    Bumper cover $332.57
    Windshield $135.00
    Airbag and module $185.00
    Bumper Foam $55.00
    Bodywork $1800.00
    grills $25.00
    splash shields $60.00

    Total repair cost $3325.70

Yes I know I could have bought another one , But it was clean with 110 k on the clock in the year and color I wanted. I hope this post was fun and educational
Also 4 Hankook Ventus new tires another $441.00.

Yes since it isn't weighted down by zip ties. Should pull a 11 second pass :P

LOL.. I know what's happening here, I've seen the zip ties!

You are a trekkie though? Cause this story kinda reminds me more of Galaxy Quest.. When Larado has to take the ship out the first time. Same side I believe!

Larado did better then I did, He was still able to drive the ship after his fender bender...I couldn't.

My zip ties give me 10 HP each. Nice looking Bonne OP. Glad you decided to save her.

It would way less if you didn't add so many to hold everything down. Also your Patino stage 1 aero foil is not held down with zipties.
