So I know it has been a while since Ive been able to get around to this. Sorry for the wait. I'm finally done with classes and studying so now I have time. I have the LED arrows glued into place behind the mirror glass. The housings with the strips are almost complete. They need more work with paint and clear. The housing and strips are still seperate as Im still working on both. I think they are coming along nicely though!

I will need to find something to cover up the back and sides of the lights so they dont illuminate the housing itself at night. Any ideas for that would be apprecated as spray paint doesnt block it all.

I didn't see everything, did you cut the back of the housing in order to put them in? Enough black paint should cover BTW. When I did the light up PONTIAC tail..I just painted a few coats and nothing came through. Those were also bright led's
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Actually to be honest I might make a second set because I know what I'm doing now. lol. There are some flaws so far that I am not happy with. So maybe just maybe someone will end up with these. lol.

Yes I cut the housing and put them through the inside facing out.

I have seen the Humount and that looks great! It flush mounts standard like it is in your car? I bought one with a pocket under and it looks ok but sticks out allot still. How much did you pay? On the Axxess, I have it and did not have any problems. I did not use the diode or resistor like they mentioned in the instructions.

It sits really flush. I think with the LEDs and such it was priced at $95 but I got in on a group buy and got like 20 or 25% off I think. It was a while ago. I have yet to get the Axxess to work. All the instructions told me to do was take the one wire and hook it up to the other one. Thats what I did with no luck. I may try again. I kinda gave up on it though. lol. Now that I have time I will attempt again.

Well the mirrors are done and on the car after about a month. lol. I started them and then got really busy with schoool so I had to put the project on the side for a while. I have yet to hook up the turn signal lights but the puddles are up and working and I love them! So bright its awesome. Pics arent the greatest. I will try to get daytime pics today but for now enjoy.

IN OTHER NEWS: I am going to pick up a set of Pregens today as well!

Decided for sure that I will be getting the good winter tires pulled off my torque stars and put onto these wheels. Stock wheels just stick in wayyyy too far and dont look good. lol

lol. Not sure. Although if I was running these wheels all the time I would have ordered springs yesterday. Since the Bullitts are still my summer rims and current rims Im not sure what I could really do for lowering. At one point in time I was going to get SSC springs. I really need to get the fenders rolled and maybe then I could do some low with the Bullitts.

Pre gens should be your all season rims and the bullits should be sold and use the money to lower this thing. Your insulting the pre gen community by not lowering it.
