Taken the day after I purchased the GP.

The eye sore that is next on my list to fix

Before doing the 4 step paint restore, should have used the same area of the car for the before and after pic.lol

    After the 4 step process...

So here is what is coming up next for the GP:

    Getting fully put back together.

    Removing pin stripe and de-badge

Finishing paint restore where I can

    New carpet

    Upgrade speakers and headunit

    Repaint the bumper

    New tail lights, headlights

Display screens mounted into the headrests

    Tint the windows

    Already done:

    Engine and Tranny rebuild

    Windshield replacement

    Leather restore

Okay guys and gals, I know there is one member that is waiting on pics of my car gutted...I am working on it I swear! Things have been oober busy lately and by the time I get home I pretty much say screw it to going out to the shop to get anything done. Lazy I know. I have an opportunity to get my car over to a friend of mine's body shop and use one of his paint bays, apparently business is slow at the moment..bonus for me!

So I have been looking at colors for the car, not sure if I am going to go with the original paint or change the color of the car...right now I have the perfect opportunity to do just that. I plan on giving this car to my son when he is old enough to drive...so I want the color to be masculine enough so it doesn't get grief for driving a girly car.

Here are the choices, can you guys help me decide??? All of these colors are from House of Kolor Shimrin2

    Choice 1

    Choice 2

    Choice 3

    Choice 4

I liking 4. It looks like that burnt Orange, but its not. I like it!
2 would be my other choice.

What about the new gm pearly white? That may be a little feminine, but its a pretty color.

Or or or! Ray knows what color code it is, but its like a bright navyish blue. There are pics of a sweet lookin gp on here in that color.

I really like 4 too. I am going to swing by his shop this evening to get a real good look at this color in person.

    Scotty - Love green!

    Thanks for the opinions guys!

i like your stock color, one of my favorite reds! i'd get rid of the pinstripe though but thats just me.

i like option 3, 4 looks a little too coppery unless thats what you are going for.

Pinstripe is gone now and so are the badges. Number 4 I really like but, it might be too "peachy", I have to see it in person though. The current color is a nice color but I am figuring for a teenage boy he is going to want something flashy.
