NIce car! Good job on the motor detail, almost the same way I would have it. I want those original rims for my car.

assuming sal is using an ice box that means he is bringing the air to ambient (air to air), then down below ambient (air to water with ice box).

i'd think that meth (or nitrous...) would be better than using the air to water core, though.

No knock, Max Boost is the game right?
... I've always felt Nitros is kinda cheating, just my opinion.

I've always given more kudos to those who run without it.
I'm sure if he ran NOS it woulda been a 10 Sec. Car a long time ago ; )

    anyways...

nice, is "The Tea Kettle" gonna whistle a little louder?
Yes it is. New 300m IS and Precision TC are being installed this week.

See the 11.06 run vid below to see why I call it that.

Any guesses into how much you have into it all so far? Also Any vids down the track?
I have well over $50k into it over the years. Of course some parts I did sell to get new.

    11.06 Run
Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Turbocharged - 11.06 Track Run - YouTube

    11.11 Run
Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Turbocharged - 11.11 Track Run - YouTube

so i never noticed, but you have an air to air AND an air to water intercooler on the car?

    for why?
I only have a A2A. That is just a phenolic spacer too keep the height when I was W2A. Plus it's helps keep the air cooler coming into the engine.

Keep it goin Sal, great car and its inspirational. There are many who don't share what they do, so its nice to see what you've done and continue to do!
Thanks. I always say to myself if you share then our cars will be better and stronger with all new and better ideas that are out there.

assuming sal is using an ice box that means he is bringing the air to ambient (air to air), then down below ambient (air to water with ice box).

i'd think that meth (or nitrous...) would be better than using the air to water core, though.
I used to have a custom made ice box in the trunk when I was W2A and worked great at the track.

    Now I'm only A2A

Looks good man what are the numbers?
Thanks. I would say close to 550 WHP and 650 TQ

No knock, Max Boost is the game right?

As long as you are tuned and have no KR, you are golden. I've been on stock bottom end since I've owned my GP. People always ask or assume I'm on juice. I tell them no and show my timeslip. Also why I had the license plate frames made. LOL

I've always said nitrious is cheating. of course if I used it I would have hit 10's or even 9's a while ago.

Love your car man. I wanna see it in person one day.
Thanks. Hopefully one day you can.

LOL. THX. It's crazy how it does that when the cutout is open. When closed, it's not as loud
