Thanks guys. All those shots were taken in one day. I was lazy and didn't get up til probably 11, washed the GTP for 2 or 3 hours then tried to hit all my spots. I only got half of them. I'll re-do some of them when the GTP comes out of storage in a month or 2, and I want to do a group photoshoot with my van. My buddy has a 86 Conquest TSi and a 96 F350 Centurion that we are gunna shoot too, so there is a lot more coming. I have to go out and find other spots too. And we'll break it into a 2-3 day shoot as well.
Koscoe:
Dan: a little more info. 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS 396. My dad bought it probably 6 years ago in Boston Mass. The guy had a Vette dealership. It's Victory Red with the white racing stripes and it has a red interior. It came from the factory gold with a black vinyl top and gold interior. My dad wants to convert the interior to black. It's an auto, but it does have the shift kit. For the winter he stores it under my house. My house is on a little hill so it goes down in the back and my dad knocked out the back wall to the basement and put a garage do. The room it goes in is my dad's office, so as he sits at his desk his Chevelle is in front of him. My favorite room in the house. Like I said it's raised a little in the back, maybe an inch or 2. You can't really tell by the pic since it's sitting on an incline. Flowmaster mufflers, not sure what series. The plate says "TRUMUSLE" as in true muscle. He wanted pure muscle, but it was taken. I drove it to school in my senior year, got so many looks. Hopefully he drives it more this year, since we want to build a garage down the street. Right now there's too many cars in my driveway to pull the 38 or Chevelle out of the garage, making it too much of a hassle. The end
Yet another update: bought another bike. This one is a 1975 Yamaha RD60.
Sold the Jimmy to my brother. Hopefully this time next year I'll have a C5 Vette
My brother just got his first vehicle (Jimmy doesn't count since he only bought it to sell it)
And just for fun
And yes I know the front tire is low, he's replacing the rim
That Suzuki is sick
Yea, he bought the Jimmy so that he could re-sell it for a small profit. He's been riding dirt bikes since he was 5. Rode his first road bike, my uncles 87 Harley 900 when he was 15. I personally think the thing is really nice, but way too unnecessary. It was a weird feeling picking up his potential killer
Haven't posted the updates lately.
My brother bought this 03 Mazda Protege5. Handles amazingly but no power
Bought this this morning. Summer fun
Just bought another winter rat, due to selling the Jimmy to my brother. 1993 Buick Lesabre. Not a spec of rust on it. Told the guy he could keep the rims because I already had plans on going a different route, so he took some off the top:
Black steelies, with white letter tires
Haven't posted on here in a long time. First my brother sold that protege for a century, then sold that for a passat. Now he has a A4 ultrasport quattro. He also sold the bike. That Buick was ****, ended up selling it for a 04 Hyundai Accent. Beat the **** out of that and then sold it for a nice profit. I sold the 75 Yamaha to my uncle whos going to do a full resto on it. And of course I bought more vehicles. Pics!
VW Passat. I think it was a 00 or 01. He put headlights and system in. Thing was ****.
And now this. A4 Ultrasport Quattro 6spd. Very nice car
As for the Buick I had the guy take the rims he had on it off. Had steelies. I like this look more anyways
Tranny failed so I got this 04 Hyundai Accent GT. Owned by some girl that got knocked up so she needed a minivan. She did tint, terribly, a K&N intake, HIDS, a ****ty deck and the best part, PURPLE RACING PEDALS. It had really low miles, in the 50k's, got great gas mileage and I picked it up for very cheap.
GTP is pissed
Only washed it once, the day before I sold it
Now the good stuff: my newest additions
2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, my new DD
day I bought it
not sure if you can tell by the pics, but the headlights and tail lights have moisture in them, plus the tail are cracked, so they'll be replaced along with the headlights with aftermarket
#2 purchase, 08 Yamaha V Star 650
Mirrors, backrest and luggage rack have to go
forgot to mention, those are aftermarket pipes, Stripper Double D's with tips
Looks good, did you swap for blacked housings and clear corners? Also, whats the color of the front plate filler inlays?

Yea I bought a set off ebay. Bulb blew within 24 hours so I replaced the bulbs with the originals. I don't have inlays in the front plate filler. I might get black tho. Once I put the black arrowhead overlay on I'll decide if I want to do a black inlay or leave it. It's a pretty dark blue, Blue Black Metallic to be exact so not sure if it'd even be noticable
Ah alright, and i meant on your old grand prix from the original posts >.<
Ah. To be honest I'm not sure. I bought the black plate filler from jaren on here, guy with the sti. I think at one time it was red and was painted black. Not sure if the silver/gray is paint or an inlay
Thanks Smitty. Yea I'm in Liverpool. More stuff
Tails
Before, cracked, moisture, but worked
After
Not sure if you can tell, but theres a gap on the bottom, so I went and got weatherstripping to put around the light
Before weatherstripping
Weatherstripping on the bottom
Weatherstripping on bottom and top
Tails done
I'm very happy with them. Looks 10x better than stock and I wanted something darker than stock. They looked darker in the pics on ebay but the way they look in the last few pics was what I was looking for. They looked really bright in the pics when I was installing them in my garage
The GT actually looks really good to. I have been thinking about getting those exact headlights and taillights like you have. How are they so far?
