Yay Friday!!! Tomorrow I get to clean her up, last wax of the year, and Photoshoot with the new wheels.

Just a little update GF and I turned in the paperwork for a new house. Preliminary Stage complete, if it goes thru the upper rings and gets approved start of next month I will be photo-shooting more shots like this one. I'm excited and hopeful things go my way.

House is finished, lawn has to be laid, fence has to be put up, and trees and bushes to be buried in... Then it will be ready to welcome us in... Assuming we get it. Car looks so good sitting there And I want my own Man Cave to work on the car in.

So yesterday was eventful bonding with the GTP. full wash, interior cleaning, and wax job. While letting the wax dry a little I took the liberty of polishing the tips. I want 3.5" dual tips but the stockers do at least look better all shiny.

Unfortunately I got a late start and took my sweet precious time so night shots will have to do.... but I think they turned out nice

Would have taken more but my phone kept locking up and restarting. Got mad... Figured this would be good enough to show off. Took them at the side of the new high school. Tax dollars went to building it, I'm getting my monies worth!

Last day of vacation... it was everything I remembered doing nothing was . Wednesday started the laziness, with Skyrim and visiting friends It was so nice to be off work.

But on Friday I went to the local Discount Tire shop and picked up the new center caps.... they are amazing. Really make the wheels look new. Then went by the Harley shop next door... found a V-Rod the GF wants me to buy. She hates bikes but saw it and was like Oooooo baby.... you would look good on this. Yes, yes I would. But not today lol

Anywho... the difference between 2 new ones vs 2 old ones.

The pictures do alot of justice for the old ones, they are really faded and you can see the separation points on these. The new ones are flawless tho.

So, status update on the new crib. Not getting the one in the previous post. Final paperwork figures came out to more than I could swing. Apparently the interior amenities and the exterior stone archway adds an extra $20k to the total value of the home and puts me over budget.

But not to fear... I'm approved for the house next door. I actually like this one better, but GF wanted the stone arch... o well. This house is actually a little bigger than the other, and has a proper front porch which will get a Swing added on this summer sometime. The interior amenities aren't quite as nice, but truth be told, that can always be updated later down the road.

Paperwork is being drawn, we sign off end of this week and start moving in next!!!

Sux that GF will have to look at the one she originally wanted, but she is still very happy with this one.

    Can't wait!!!

    Congrats!
Very nice looking on the outside.
(I'd be a sucker for that archway too...)
    Brand new or newer house?

Brand new... 7-8 months ago it was field with trees. They even had to demo an old condemned house to put in the entrance and "model home" on the corner. I was told about them 4 months ago and was like, there's nothing there but field... took a drive and was like

Sitting pretty in her new home. Love the house, tho waking up today was awkward, still exciting, but awkward. Still got a couple things to move over, but my best friend showed up after work with a truck and trailer and we didn't stop til midnight. So happy, finally got the place and things are looking up.

So... um... not that I'm any less of a man or anything, but I developed a slight tear in the corner of my left eye last night. It was about 8:30 and the GF got done studying and asked if we could go to a friends house, the friend lives about 15 miles away... this is the cause of the tear...

    Closer in...

    My baby is old... *tear*

I missed the mark over shot because I had a cop trailing me down the highway and I didn't want to get pulled over and waste the time trying to explain to him/her that I wanted a picture as My 13 year old car finally broke 100,000 miles.
1 engine down (will be rebuilt and put back in later), everything else other than typical maintenance items is all original. So proud

So today was good. Got a nice package in the mail... Thanks David (thunder71173). Mille Miglia HT3s. Look great, +35 18x8s is definitely an aggressive look.

    So... from.... well ewww

    To... Purty

Definitely a stance difference. Stockers are sucked in alot...

vs Stanced... at least alot more stanced lol

Now on to the pre-waxed photoshots with the house in the background mwuahahaha. Really enjoying spring weather, ready for a good shine job and almost paid off, so mod bug is about to get loose.

Needs lower I know... DNAs will be on this summer.

$175 well spent. Aside from some minute scratches in the paint they are perfect. Bottom is clean like it was never even installed. Has holes for screws but no threading into them, basically flawless.
A big thanks to Jason (jmunky85)

Soon to be installed, baby will need a good washing tho. Glad its a beautiful day outside. BONDING TIME!!! lol

So I finally got to spend time with the car yesterday after work. Got the new rails on. They really do add an edge to the car, I love it!

New rails, fresh wash, some polishing to bring out the shine a little more. Shes all sexy again, still needs lower.
    Soon tho... soon

All the work, so happy... starts raining in the middle of the night. Dam the luck, but she was spotless for a few hours.

BTW I know, I need new tint on the back, stupid defroster ruins the tint. And tips, I hopefully will be getting some tips too soon.
