Finally got around to painting my calipers red. I like the look. Also bought some reflective decals for the door sills from the Grand Prix store. They were easy to put on.

The rear view mirror on my GTP is history. I bought a used one on Ebay which came off a 2001. It has onStar and temperature, compass. I'm trying to figure out the pin out on the 2001 connector and make it work with the 3 oin connector from my '99 wiring. Has anybody done anything similiar ?

The 3 pin for a 99 is just for the auto dimming ability. 99s didn't have On-Star or a Temp/Compass option available. If you could get them to work it would require alot of re-wiring...

My 99 GTP does have the outside temp readout on the Electronic AC Control head, possibly could trace the wire from the sensor and lead out to the mirror for that to work, but direction wouldn't show... This will take alot of research and wiring diagrams

I found the pinout for the 16 pin connector, so now I know where to connect the three wires from my '99 connector. I never intended to try and get all the features of the newer mirror working.
