Needed way too much investment to make it nice again. Oh well. I'll find something eventually.

Keep looking your bound to eventually find one. With those many problems I would run away fast..

I breifly considered having a second look at that CompG. I woulda offered the guy 1 maybe $2,000 for it.

buy it for 2000 and put 3000 into it. Then it will be clean
