    Ok so..
Ive been doing alot of thinking and i have come to the conclusion that i hate my car.....
So with that being said. Im going to put it on a diet and drive it into the ground. Make it as good as a dd as possible, good mpg, room for extra stuff if needed, comfortable, easy to drive.
In the mean time im going to continue to look/save for a gtp, hopefully get one soon and mod the hell out of it. And when my SE dies ill either sell it, burn it or scrap it and get the dd that i wont.

Ok so id figured id update this a bit, the car has done nothing but make me hate it more, the only then different ive done is put black corners on it, but the nightmares are in other places. i keep gettting a ses light, one code for the thermostat and the other is for the stupid u-bend delete, keep getting a p0420 code. i wish i never would have done that has been nothing but problems since. i just changed the ECT sensor and the ses came back on the next day. Havent scanned it yet just because i dont care enough to worry about it, the car needs a left tie-rod, right side inner tie-rod, rear sturts and tires soon. And it has this weird problem with the battery/cables, the alternator is dieing(been getting weak for about the last 10 months, oh and the cheery on top is that the trans is starting to slip in 3rd. So idk what to do with this damn thing anymore my mind changes everyday about what to do with it. either fix it and drive it until it dies or keep it running enough to let my girl drive it or piece it back together and just sell it..idk thats the choices i go back and forth on everyday. for the past month maybe give or take a week the car has just been my work car(drive it to work and home) since i drive like 70 miles just for work then i drive my nissan for everything else. so it has a good amount of miles on it but ALOT of them are highway miles...idk just figured id update this since its been awhile everyone plz give some input im really at a stand stil with this thing

I'd keep it as a DD and save the miles from the Nissan. Do a pan drop and throw some Lucas in it..might solved the slip for the time being. Fix all the other minor things. It's paid for I'm assuming so ride it till it hits the ground lol. Plus you probably won't get much selling it.

so im getting a parts list together and doing some pricing and i ran into some questions

since my car is a dd and basicly just used on the highway should i run autolite 605s(stock is 606) and a 180* thermostat(stock is 195*) i just thinking i should but this car doesnt see much city driving so it shouldnt get that hot, enough to cause problems at least.

while im doing the thermostat i figured i freshin up the motor to since its been awhile.
    So far heres my list
    -plugs
    -wires
    -thermostat
    -drive belt
    -trans pan drop
    -trans filter
    -upper intake manifold
and of course all the gaskets and fluids that go with everything
If i decied to do the lower manifold ill be replacing both manifold with p&p 3400 intakes
    along with the manifolds
    -water pump
    -injector cleaning
-heater tube with throttle body block offs

Im sure ill add stuff as i go, im not gonna start ordering anything until next week at the earliest

Ive been thinking that the electrical side of things should be changed more then the other stuff so now im looking for stuff to help my dying alternator so i was thinking about just cleaning all the contact points and upgrading the battery cables, and remounting my hid ballast so its not sitting on my pcm and bouncing around....idk my mines changes everyday about what to do with this stupid car, and why am i even putting money still into this car..so that makes me think to just fix it and keep it on the road but the way my mind thinks, is that since im removing and replacing things why not upgrade them while there off or being replaced....ughhh idk

    sell it.

it looks good, but in the end its got that 3100 in it. pocket the cash, or buy something else to play with.
