Sooo I obviously didn't make it long with the GT, so I got a 2003 GTP
It has 97k miles on it now, everything works and is in good condition. One scratch on the mirror I gotta get fixed and a little tape on the door molding. Gotta get them intake gaskets done as well. Other than that I love it, it's fun to drive, my fav color, I'm happy with it!

I bought it on Friday 3/25 sooo I haven't got to clean it up. So here are a couple pics the dealer had posted. The last two are my own pics, one of them being the ride back home...covered in bugs.

My plans are to hopefully get a 3.4 setup going buuut I'm not sure. Gotta get the funds straight first and then I will need someone to help me do headers since I'm such a noob

Anywho, more pics to come and I'll keep the thread updated with the car a few words first, premium gas is a betch

Its just a sticker.....carefully start at the end with a razor blade, to pull up the end, and pull away.

It all depends on how bad it is, but a grinder is your friend. If its real bad...a welder is too.

well its not on the frame or anything serious. its on those little rivets? i guess along the sides of the car near the skirts.

so i mean i dont wanna start grinding and it break all off if thats the case. id rather have a shop with a welder do it that way they see it from beginning to end. i just wonder how much that'd cost..

Im not sure of what rivets youre talkin about. If its just surface rust, grind it to bare metal, prime and paint. If its bubbled, it may need to be cut out and the metal replaced. Rust doesnt care if its in warmer climate. Once it starts, its a cancer that keeps growing till its removed.

i guess its pinch welds. its the part that hangs down on the edges and its like two pieces of metal welded together.

i may have to go to a shop then.. just not sure which shop.

the passenger side is a tad flaky but the driver side isnt too bad. so yea idk..

if you have sex with the hookers and then kill them you can get your money back too... but the herpes will stay with you.

The rubber wonder wheel. I have no idea where to buy because I haven't used one for 8 years. If you peel the stripe then thats easy, but if it breaks every inch....

Nice that you got tinted windows already...

oh okay, yeah it come tinted already. not sure how dark it is. looks at least 50%. as long as it helps filter out UV rays and protect my leather im fine with it. the backseat head rests are still soft so i assume the tint has been on there for a while
