This is my 97 after a bad accident.
I started putting her back together over 3 years ago
This is how she has evolved

The dates on the pictures are all out of whack

New parts From ebay and the junk yard.

    Piecing her back together slowly

    Primer and straightened frame

Finally looking like a Grand Prix again

And She's off for paint. (orange crush pearl)
    hence my gp-forums user name

    Now The fun begins.
    MODS!!!
    Modular pulley system
    VS cam
    valve springs
    exhaust
    headers
    new brakes
    intake
    tune
    ported blower
    new tie rods
    new wheel bearings
    New gaskets, plugs, wires etc...

Now we have a low 13 second sleeper!

The Power of the car did not match the color at all, so decided to repaint Bright red with White rally stripes (plus my orange turned out copper)

A little too brown for me

Turns out, the car was too fast for the suspension, so I had to do some upgrades.

Shortly after, the tranny started to go out, so I called up Dave at triple edge performance to bring her back to life.

    BACK TO THE SHOP AGAIN!!!

    TEP Street/Strip Transmission 3.29's

New Dynomax Mufflers and tips on The gp

Lowered 1.1/4 inch by ssc springs

And after a little cleaning up, New parts and painting under the hood. This is how she sits today

The rear quarter panel is a b!tch. I Probably would have done better just getting a new one.

We mostly had to take the back seats out, the rear interior panel on the driver side, and pounded the snot out of the inner quarter panel to bump it out. Then it was a lot of filler, bondo, sanding and so on.It was at least 3-4 good hard work days back there just on the quarter panel.

    ^^Plenty.

Clean car...progress pics are awesome, especially when they come from what you started out with.

Hopefully you got 300m input shafts or equivalents so you can toss some slicks on that things and run 12's as it sits

Thanks man. I'm running a new stock input shaft, so I won't be putting many Slick passes on her. I think I could pull a high 12 on a good pair of Nittos or g-forces ... maybe
