I wanna be just like Nick...
I'll get pics of MINE later...because no one cares about a WBody...its boring and not RACE like the 'Balt.

Well...I forgot I posted some on YC.com...
So...here are some as of a few months ago...with all the tint...all it needs now is a big drop...and that's coming in the spring. If I wasn't working I'd probably do it today...its 65* here...weak.
Mods as of now...
Custom CAI using the factory airbox so it doesn't skew MAF readings with a K&N Drop-In
Ported/Polished TB
Ported Factory 2.2 Intake Manifold
Ported LSJ Exhaust Manifold
LSJ Downpipe, Dynomax Muffler w/ 3" Polished Tip
Performance wise...only thing it is getting is a tune...cuz it probably needs one now. This is the list for the spring...I've already got most of it...
Eibach Sportline Springs
TTR Rear Sway Bar
15" ROTA Slipstream's finished in Flat Black w/ CF ROTA Centercaps wrapped in 205/50/R15 Falken Ziex ZE-512's
PowerGrid Sway Bar End Links
OTTP Spherical Control Arm Bushings
OTTP Poly Transmission Mount
Here's a few quick pictures of it now...since I don't ever think I've posted pics of it...and yeah I know...my camera on my BB = weaksauce.
Here it is, before tinted anything...
Here it is...after the 20% tint, Tinted Tails, 3rd Brake Light, and black bowtie in flat black...plus the epic JDM decal.

Pure race. I like the pics, very nice. Plus stickers make the car go faster. Only thing I'd think would look great is an SS front bumper. Other than that it is one of the better looking four door cobalts out there. Gonna look great with wheels and the springs.
tint looks good. get someone to shop the lower "grills" black like your grill, lip and bowtie... i think that'd look real good. maybe even black projectors?
Projectors on the 'Balts are just as bad as the ones on the WBody's...so I'm gonna take apart the factory headlights and paint the insides black...its a common thing to do...the noobz on the 'balt boards just don't seal them worth a crap so they are always selling them because they are all fogged and condinsated. I am getting the fender and door fixed on the passenger side this spring along with the bumper on the GTP fixed so it'll be a good week for sure...as for the SS bumper...I'd like to do front/rear and side skirts...but that shiz is expensive.
Nah, it's cool man...I like the looks of it...if I was to do an SS bumper it would get 6K HID fogs and the center part of the bumper would be painted black along with the fog light housings and the grille would be hit with a gloss black/bowtie.
And Carl...its right down old 210 HWY right outside Liberty...I say meet for pics!
sweet ricebalt
Well not to sound like another member of css.fail, but...
SS kit, lower, black wheels, black headlights, profit.
Also, don't get the TTR sway bar, it's junk. Get the ottp street bar, and SSC springs.
and why get aftermarket 15" wheels?
I was going to just do an SS front bumper when I drop it...since the front bumper is out of whack anyways...I'm not going crazy on this car...its just mah daileeeyyy
SSC springs AFAIK...didn't offer the drop like Eibach sportlines...also, I've heard nothing but good things from the TTR RSB...plus, it's cheap...that's my goal here...I was gonna get a used, beat up Eibach rear sway from someone on YC.com...but I didn't. If you can show me some pics or a link to something that proves me wrong as the SSC's dropping more than the Eibachs...I'll gladly change my mind...
A few answers to that question...
1) Slipstreams weigh like 10lbs a rim...super lightweight...plus I've always liked them
2) Cheap
3) It's my DD...so I won't have to worry about something too flashy to mess up
4) I can use the same tires I have now, and reason being...I love my Hankooks and they are great tires...I'll just be swapping them over to these...
i say do 16's. just 16's.
The SSC's aren't quite as low as sportlines, but it's pretty close. They handle MUCH better though, and ride more comfortably too. Not to mention that they're cheaper IIRC. Mine were only $170 or something like that.
here's what it'll look like on sscs, before they settled.
OMG that thing is seriously 4x4 off road capable with that ride height!
