That sux dude. I had to sell my 07 when I had my daughter. Id say go for the concept the had for the Colorado SS. i put the turbo up for sale.. everyone wants it but doesn't have the cash.. so f**k it, im buying another engine and starting over
put a deposit down on an engine yesterday, the yard still has to pull it from the truck.. hopefully i can pick it up sometime this week and drop it in this weekend.. got the complete engine, 32k miles, with accessories and harness for $800

had a cracked valve cover which i already knew about.. so i swapped those out real quick along with my fuel rail and injectors..

Glad you got the engine, sux that they hacked all the crap but I think it'd be better to just have the main engine go back in and use the parts you have that you KNOW work vs risking a broken wire causing problems or bad sensors or something like that later down the road, now you use all your old stuff with just the motor...
and don't forget the turbo, just get it properly tuned this time :th_jester:

nope, i pulled the starter out and the TC bolts were easy as hell to access, i don't think there's any way i could have gotten a wrench or ratchet in that access hole lolQuote:
