thanks green! The secret is your shop needs to have a torque plate when they bore the cylinders. This is because the cylinders actually distort slightly when the heads are on. That and literally replace EVERY tty bolt (flywheel, torque converter, crank, cam, cam retainer, rocker, head, main side and top, etc.) And make sure to pack the oil pump with Vaseline and pressurise the oil properly.
