Thanks everyone, id love to do full turbo back, catch can and a tune thats spot on but, unfortunately i don't want any problems with warranty if i ever have a major issue, so go fast modding is gonna have to wait a little while. I am however getting window tint done on saturday

Go talk to the local dealer(s). Often they will allow certain things go by. The local Mitsubishi dealer doesn't care about a exhaust, intake, etc. Can even let a tune slide if you have a strong relationship; however, the dealer in the next town is so strict that if they even see your car with an intake or exhaust they will void the warranty then and there. lol. Asking is smart.

thanks i will look further into this. so far i went to 1 dealership and they would allow a catback but thats it. Id hate to put just a catback on, won't net any power gain

My buddy went straight to suspension (coil overs) and the plug in tuner (so you can flash it back to stock whenever)
leave the noise behind and work on what matters

Sensitive cars..damn there every mod you do requires a tune. I'd leave it stock for what's the powertrain warranty like 32-36k miles.

the suspension really makes it a lot more fun to drive than the bolt ons for stage 2 crap.

I moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming last year, and at least half the people that live here drive a Subaru. for whatever reason, people here are brainwashed into thinking the only car worth driving is a Subaru. If I had to buy one, I would get exactly what you got. in my opinion, it is the only Subaru worth owning.

im totally aware of ringland failures and whatnot, imo 50% of ringland failures are from adding bolt on's without a retune on an already lean running car the other 35% are from driving the car crazy hard doing 1,000 donuts in a row in the snow the other 15% are from cars that have some kind of defect from the factory. To me it seems to be more prone on the 08-13's, if it happens to me then i have a warranty so i really don't care which is why the car is still stock for now.

this new chassis is an already stiff, well planted chassis, sterring is very tight and responsive, handles extremely well in cornering. I really don't see me doing any type of modding there
