    hey guys im kinda new here, i took on a project for a friend to port ans polish his throttle body for his lexus and ive gotten the process of going over the inside with a grinding stone and got some material out so now im stuck as to what flap wheel grit to start out with on my dremel and how far to go up in grit and stop before polishing, any output or advice would be appreciated ive searched on how to's and diys but cant get a exact answer. Thanks!

    try a Lexus forum? porting a tb usually requires a tune too.

    i used carbide die grinder bits and a air die grinder. and then i used them sandpaper cones and drums to polish my heads. looked like 80 and 100 grit.

    98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

    Since it's aluminum I would staRte with 80 or 120. Go to 220 and then to medium or fine crossbuffs
