Hello, my name is George and for whatever reason I finally figured out how to get back in this forum.
What an air head I am. Anyway it's good to be back. I am starting a build on the LS-4 in my 08 GP GXP very soon.
Nothing spectacular, factory LS3-cam, lifters , springs, DOD or AFM delete, balance, build to blueprint, OBX headers, Overkill intake enhancement, Overkill trans kit, and finally, Overkill tune.
I'd like to thank Will over at Overkill Motorsports for all of his help (advice , part numbers) in making a little demon out of a very good platform.
Thank you Eddie Carter for the headers and also your knowledge on this particular exhaust setup, and good luck with your turbo mod!
I'm told this combo should net around 375 hp, 300 at the wheels. I find it an amazing thing a little research a lot of work with a good tune
will produce a total metamorphosis on these gen IV small blocks. But then again, I've always enjoyed music....lol
