I own a Monte Carlo but my dad drives a GP 3100. Looking for tips on simple mods engine wise and exterior wise.

My rides. I really dont like the gps with the 3100s in it. I prefer the dual exhaust with gt bumper and side skirts. Easy mods, tint, tail lights, bigger rims. I put 17" 2005 gtp rims on my 01 gp gt. Any 5x115 rims will fit. I have led tails, 35% tint, 06 cloth seats, 05 gtp wheels on my 01 gt.

Some junkyards want a arm and leg for parts. You have to wait and find a good deal. I found my 05 cloth seats(i big upgrade from the 97-03 gp seats, cloth or leather) for 75$ for the set. I found my rims for 150 for the set, had to get two new tires, but other two were like new. The tail lights(i love them) were like 140$ on ebay. Tint was the most spendy, i had a shop do it and it was like 200$ some dollars. Check your local tint laws, how lenient they are on tint, I live in MN now, they can care less about tint, in ND they pull you over and ticket you for any front tint. So figure out the laws, how the cops are about tint, you dont want to put the tint on and get a ticket to take it off.
