the front bumper, theres an inverted T on the very bottom. Its either color matched or a dark grey color. i cracked mine a while ago. i glued it back together but you can still see the imperfection. my question is is can the bottom part be separated from the rest of the bumper cause if it can i can get another from a junk yard. i looked online and all of the replacement bumper come with it on so thats why I'm asking but when i look at it it looks like it can be separated. if it can't could i cut it out and glue another in place? thanks

It's part of the whole bumper assembly.

I'm sure you could cut it out but good luck getting the replacement piece to fit in there good. Fiberglass work and some bondo and it might work out.

they sell a kit at the parts store to fix the crack up. its a epoxy with mesh. put some epoxy in the crack, then you put the mesh on the back side, then use the epoxy as filler in the front crack, sand the front side smooth and re paint the lower section.

this was my crack repair. i ran out of epoxy so those last few scratches there stayed. you cant see it (its on the bottom) so i left it.

mines all one color, so being it needed new paint, i repainted it.

bumpers come off real easy too. like 20 minutes or less going at it for the first time 100% blind.
