01 gt shifts rough at 4000+ rpm half of the time not every time it gets that high. also when slowly accelerating you can hear a whining noise but when foot comes off gas, noise id gone. fluid is all good and stuff

    All good and stuff meaning?

Wiping on a clean white paper towel leaves you with a nice fresh fluid color and no dirt?
Level is to the top of the mark or in the middle/lower area?

Whining is usually the pump starving for fluid.

Is it getting to 4K+ because you are pushing it hard or it's not shifting until then?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
