Thats a good deal. Not to many miles on the rebuild. get a shift kit and a cooler on it asap and it could be good for awhile.

Ok so need help, went looked at car everything was good on it but check engine light was on from sensor, he said he would fix sensor, so I would pick up in few days, when he went to fix sensor & take car around the block someone pulled out & he put car in ditch, car has front end damage & is getting fixed, should I buy it once fixed for $6,500?

Yeah if its all fixed up good I don't see the problem. Looks all cosmetic.

Depends on how well it is fixed. Given that, I still might expect a bit off the price.

Insurance has nothing to do with it. What quality parts/paint? Who is doing the work? Does everything line up right? How does the paint match and was it blended properly. Way too many factors. Personally, I would assume some of it was done cheaply or a corner was cut and expect a discount.

so bumper, both headlights, turnsignals, tierod, tire, and engine cradle where all that needed to be fixed, car is running great and has not codes, he wants $6,500. does that seem like a good price? i really like the car, the hood is custom and is really nice, everything else on car is in good shape, new trans too! comparable cars are going for $8,500 on the low end so i feel like im getting a pretty good buy at $6,500.l

As long as it looks like it was fixed up real good and you feel like you're getting a good deal then go for it!

I would get it, but im not a fan of the v8s, they are nice dont get me wrong. I would prefer gtp, or comp g, the gxps are really nice though, not my taste.
