Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum. I just bought a 1999 Grand Prix gtp.. I haven't gotten the car on the road yet due to it needing a wheel bearing and trailing arms.. It has 126,000ish miles on it... I only paid $350 for the car.. It does have a clean title.. I've always had an interest in these cars and I am so happy I found this one for such an awesome price.. I don't know a lot about it.. I'll post up a pic of the rpo codes so if anyone can help tell me a little more about the car that'd be a big help! I'll see you all around the forum I'm sure!

Since you're in PA I'd be checking rear strut towers and rocker panels for typical rot. Welcome to the forum BTW.

It does sag in the back so I'll be putting new rear struts.. The towers look good tho.. and yes I have to do both rockers lol..

Thanks! It was sitting at the local dealership waiting to go to auction.. So I stopped in and asked about it.. Brought it home that day! I figured it was to good of a deal to pass up.. I figured that if the body was shot I could at least get my money back out of the motor and tranny!... I brought it home and put it up on the lift and am really happy with what I saw so I decided to keep it!

Nice find. Pa seems to be the place to get these crazy cheap. I got my 98 in Philadelphia with a rebuilt motor and transmission for a grand

Yea, I'm happy with it! This should be a fun car! I don't plan on doing a ton of mods.. I'm thinking just a mild build.. CAI, exhaust, pully, tune... I don't know what all yet.. But I'll figure it all out!
