Hello I have a Freind that does a lot of tuning and has a lot of experience at it. Would you recommend an in car tune or a cookie cutter tune like intense or overkill? I'm kinda leaning towards overkill

He was going to charge me 220 for a tune because he has to buy the application and anytime I want a new tune to show up and let him know.
