Do the bars go completely full when you punch it??

The rotors are inside of your supercharger. They have a very very close fit to each other, and have a coating on them to help create a better seal, and help withstand the high temperatures. Only way to check them is to pull the supercharger.

So if the rotors are shiny then the coating is gone?

yup. but you need to take it off to inspect them.

do your lim gaskets yet? if not you'll see your rotors then.
