"1) New Spark Plugs (You can upgrade spark plugs at this time if you wish)
    2) New Spark Plug Wires (You can upgrade spark plug wires at this time if you wish)
    3) Oil/Oil Filter Change
    4) Fuel Filter Change
    5) Coolant System Flush (Replace Dexcool with Yellow/Green Coolant)
    6) New Thermostat (You can upgrade to a 180*/160* Thermostat at this time if you wish)
    7) Lower Intake Manifold Gaskets/Coolant Elbows (2)
    8) Transmission Pan Drop/New GM Transmission Filter (Replace 7-8 quarts with whatever fluid you wish...Dex III or VI, both work)
    9) New Brake Pads and/or Rotors
    10) Supercharger Oil Change (Replace with 2 New Bottles of GM Supercharger Oil)

Also...be sure to check your brake fluid, tires, alignment, and anything else you can think of that I might have missed. First and foremost...get a way to scan the car for important parameters...the most vital being KR (Knock Retard). Best bang for your buck way to scan is by purchasing (If you have an Android phone look into something called the Torque App as it does everything a scan gauge does but for QUITE a bit less) an Aeroforce Scan Gauge. You can buy them on plenty of the vendor sites for around $200-$300."

Only 30k? well then a lot of that stuff doesn't pertain to you. But you could do some of them and get a fresh start of fluids for your records. The manual mentions transmission services every 50k miles, many including myself do them every 30k.

We have a few people on the forum with real low miles, I think in the 40k area at the lowest, and from what I remember it was a 97-03.

30k is nuts. i recommend a really really really good undercoating if you havent started rusting yet. cause trust me. it will. prevent it now or youll be driving around in a rusty bucket of.. well mostly rust

There are common problems with these vehicles and there's plenty to read about it. One problem with limited mileage cars is they can be problematic just as much as high mileage vehicles. 30k is great but its still 12+ years old. Rubber rots, fluids go bad, etc., so most of what's been suggested is good, a once over on everything is a good start. I don't think valve cover gaskets were mentioned, but if there's no leaks then not needed unless you do start some of the items noted.

Welcome to the forums and yes, we like to see pics! (Car) lol...
