Yup, just dealt with this on the 06 the other day. Bad t-stat stays open and prevents the coolant from getting up to operating temp, usually find this problem when winter hits on a highway drive when car is geting alot of cold air.
Thats exactly when it came on! i was on the highway going about 65 or so and it was really cold outside

The thermostat is a very common problem in these cars but as this guy said prolly should make sure it's not low coolant and if so if there's a leak if not it would be wise to change thermostat very easy and flush old coolant out
