What bolts in the engine bay would you suggest upgrading to studs?

    LIM, UIM, and all exhaust?

In my experience, just the head bolts.

Head bolts: IMO this is a good upgrade. Because you don't have to stretch and angle torque like stock bolts.
LIM studs would end up being a hassle, because of the angle I think you'd have to put them in after the LIM was on.
UIM the only time I have seen studs is when upgrading to an IC and needing much longer bolts/studs or doing something off the norm like a M112/IC combo.
Exhaust, there's originally two studs (one at each end of the head) for holding the gasket and manifold placement. Also..not seeing the benefit. If the engine bay is tight, the studs only create the exhaust to be moved out further to come off the stud.

Maybe you've run into something I haven't and feel the need to change/upgrade? Most of the time I am reusing stock bolts on most items. (except rockers/rod caps/rod bearings).
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
