    Can i take both out even though i won't have the replacement ones for another month? Is any water Guna leak?

    You can unplug the cable to resistor module and leave it unplugged. The resistor and blower won't do anything unplugged so you can go ahead and remove both. The water will not leak in if you double check that the water deflecting gaskey above the air inlet is in place and not coming off.
