The rear seat belt harness is completely unwound. Does anyone know how to get to the shoulde harness behind the seat. I'm hoping to get to it and maybe rewind it.

try looking under the rear deck from the trunk, they may bolt in from under there.
or you'll need to take the back seat out, and the rear window deck, the part that covers the speakers. its located under there.
