    Hello everyone looking forward to using this site. Anyone have this code come up before,having hard time starting and idle is eratic up and down on my 99 grand prix se.

    Unplug the MAF and start the car, it might idle better and run smoother.

    If so you found the problem, its either the MAF itself or the wires going to it. Pretty common issue.

    Could be the fuse too.

    Update! turned out to be MAF alright,bought one from advance auto parts lifetime warranty and it now runs great,all problems went away with this simple install.Thanks.

    Same issue just happened on my GTP last week. P0102 code. Took sensor out and sprayed it with cleaner and no fix, it's doing the same thing. Lost about 35 miles a tank too.
    It's a reman unit put on before I bought it. I guess I'll look for bad wiring and test the MAF frequency tonight.
