Hey guys,
I've been posting a little bit, but figured I might as well introduce myself. I'm in AZ, a Mechanical Engineer by trade, and been working on my cars since I turned 16. It's a hobby and it saves me money...sometimes![]()
Recently picked up a 2004 Grand Prix GTP at an auction for a pretty descent price. For buying site unseen it is in pretty good shape, other then being a little dirty inside. Under the hood is very clean, and it starts right up.
The GP is sharing the garage/driveway with a 2006 Saturn Vue (Wifes) and a 2005 STS Northstar V8 RWD. Originally the plan was to clean up the GTP, make sure it is running reliably and flip it to make a few bucks, but I think now we may try to sell the STS, since it is the car worth the most and we want to get a midsize SUV.
I've been finding a lot of information on the site here, and I'm sure there is much more to learn still. Hopefully i'll even offer some good contributions along the way. Thanks for the great site guys.
