    Depends what you want to do. In short the lbs is the force against the rocker/retainer. The faster you want the move the valve/rocker the higher of a pound spring you will need.

    i have a 99 gp gtp and i am getting yella terra rockers (1.9) and i am getting new retainers and i need springs so i dont know which i should get. And i am harder on the car so should i get the 105 for more responce and better performance??

    105 crows woudl be the way to go

    well you arent getting a cam so i would stick with the 90's.

    If you are looking for some 105's I have some in the garage I'd sell.

    LS6 springs if no cam... Modded retainers, change the seals too while at it. Just sayin!

    I agree with the 90's I have a brand new set of blue LS6's if you want them cheap let me know. I was going to go with 1.9 rockers but did a cam instead and went with 105's
    Stage 1 Comp Cam / 105 Springs / Yella Terra 1.7's / SLP Headers / Ported heads / 255 Walbro fuel pump / Siemans 60# Injectors / 2.8 Pulley / 180 stat, 104 AL's / Intense e85 tune / 3" ZZP exhaust / GXP seats / KYB Coilovers /
