With driver mod, maybe high 13's??
But I would not use a TB spacers or MSD coils, they are worthless mods. MSD coils are known to fail.
Since you have a Throttle Body Spacer, I'll say 11.01
Best question is how you are going to tune this thing?
Incase you didnt know, your 2007 car is not tune-able. You will need a 04-05 pcm to make it work, and the gas gauge will read backwards. Do some reading on that.
Google.
Use it.
You need to research more, much more.

Ps the only "mods" you've done that MIGHT yield any type of pick up in a 1/4 mile is the pulley drop and headers. Yet without a tune the mods are useless. So whatever a stock 07 GP GT runs, that is what you'll run.
id throw a little race gas in it if you do go to the track, on a decent tire it would definatly go high 13's, my 06 had a 3" catless down pipe k&n drop in 3.4 and race gas and went 14.2 but had no traction in first, a set of dr's and it would have been a solid 13.8-13.9 car
