Well..the 4th hub only on a couple of cars. See you think it's electrical, but in your post you didn't mention all the issues. However the items I suggest do test for what you need to know. Since the soleniods are good, if the pcm is commanding 4th and it doesn't happen....then we likely know that the hub is gone.
You keep asking me a ton of questions, yet you don't answer the ones I pose to you. Kinda tough to help you when you don't answer the questions that would help me determine what you guys did and didn't do.
