    Pull the instrument cluster out and you'll see
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    The large trim piece that surrounds the radio, climate, and instrument cluster needs to be pulled out. There should be 4 screws holding the instrument cluster in. Once you remove those and disconnect it from the cars wiring you'll see twist out bulbs on the back of the cluster. Replace as necessary.
