    Hey Guys,
    Just curious on your opinions on HID fog lights.     It depends. Are you going to fix your car up so it looks good to the average person, or are you going to fix it up the way YOU like it to look? People will tell you to go lower in temp so they act like real fog lights, or to go with 4300k or 5000k so they look more white, or go 8000k so they have that cool blue look, or....... You have to pick what you think is good, and go for it. Want proof? Try asking people's opinions on aftermarket projector hids.To start things off and to answer the question you asked, I would go 4300k or 5000k, because I drive on highways and I like to see where I am going.

    Hids in fogs = sure if they are aimed correctly.


    12k hids = no. If your doing this as a aesthetic 12k is the wrong direction to go and also a big waste of money in my opinion.Stick with 4300-5k for maximize lumens. The purple your wanting will probably piss off a lot of drivers and I would be surprised.

    I have 4300k 35w ebay hids in my fogs. They work very well and havent melted the housings.
