hi it's just another random question. I went to use my washer fluid today and realized my windshield wipers only work on the highest level. Also when I try to stop them they stop immediately instead of going back to their original position. also when I push the button for the fluid it sprays but it does not move. I checked my fuses and I can't seem to figure out what the problem may be. thank you very much I appreciate it

could be the multi switch. being it controls the speed and washing.

everything else work on the arm, blinkers, cruise, high beams, and hazard lights?

yes everything on their works perfect aside from the low levels of wipers. it's almost as if there isn't even a motor there it doesn't make a noise or anything

Get a volt meter and check for current at the motor when the switch is on one of the low levels where it doesn't work

Switch is what I usually see when this happens. You move the switch all the time especially if you're like me trying to dial in the perfect wiper speed lol.

Switch or motor. The motors have logic if the board is junk it'll do the same thing. I can pull a diagram for you and just test for grounds coming out of the switch on each setting.
