What type of refridgerant is in a 2003 Grand Prix Limited Edition?

R-134a.

Anything after 1993ish has R-134a.

Incase anyone else cares, the drivers side strut tower under the hood should have all the info about the A/C system along with how many LBS of freon it takes which is 1.88 lbs.
