New to this forum, figure I might need it as I just purchased a sharp GT for $2000, but it has leaky intake gaskets and probable pan gasket. Could it just be the oil sending unit on the pan?

The car also needs air recharging, broken sway bar and I would eventually like to put in a K&N Air Filter. Any recommendations if I could buy a used k&N Air Filter?

The car is sharp as hell, tinted windows makes this black car just look fantastic. She is a beauty. I welcome any comments, tips or facts about this car. I honestly have noticed possibly more of these year cars on the road than any other automobile. They are everywhere and I have found mechanics on c-list to do work almost half as cheap. So, these cars must be rety reliable besides the intake gaskets being deteriorated by GM's originally acidic and silicone based Dexcool. I think anyone would be crazy to use any antifreeze for 5 years, or 100 or 150k miles like GM tried to advertise. That would be ludacrist.

Thanks for any feedback, Im proud of Pontiac's Grand Prix. Sharp, sleek, very sporty looking. Hoping to get a few more horsepower out of it, besides a K&N Air Filter.
